Detailed sales conditions
The transport is at the expense of a carrier engaged by MasterSales.
Orders are delivered to the address indicated in the order form in the UK. A lump sum contribution may be requested for delivery in islands without road links to the mainland.
During free delivery promotions, the offer only applies to shipments in France.
The date of delivery of goods is assured at the time of receipt of the same from us offices. MasterSales reserves the entire ownership of the goods sold until the effective payment of the full selling price and any late payment interest.
In case of non-payment, MasterSales may demand the return of the goods at the expense and risk of the Customer.
Security and confidentiality
Except for provisions of public order, any disputes that may arise in connection with the execution of these terms and conditions may be submitted to the publisher of the site before amicable settlement before amicable settlement. It is expressly reminded that requests for an amicable settlement do not suspend the time limits for taking legal action. These conditions are created in accordance with the rules applicable in Europe.
If any of these conditions are recognized by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions, which shall remain valid and enforceable as long as the law.
Returns and refunds
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception of the return costs.
The product must not have been put into operation. The product must be in perfect condition. The refund is made by letter-check or by crediting your credit card or bank transfer, excluding shipping costs.
The customer must always check, on delivery, if the package or packaging shows no signs of tampering and is in good condition. In this case, you must make an immediate complaint in writing to the carrier.
Return in case of non compliance recorded to the receipt of the order
In the event of delivery not in conformity with the order, the Customer must inform MasterSales at the latest 2 days after the delivery of the product by means of the contact form.
It is the Customer's responsibility to:
- Return the item in the box in which it was sent or in an identical box (reinforced, same size) if the first was damaged, and within 7 days of receipt of the package. Be careful, the supplier cartons are not made for the transport of goods.
- The product must not have been put into operation. The product must be in perfect condition.
In accordance with Article L.211-12 of the Consumer Code, the assumption of replacement or repair costs will be borne by MasterSales.
Attention: The After-Sales Service reserves the right to refuse the return if one of the conditions above is not respected; the package will then be returned directly to the Customer.
In case of manufacturing defect, the duration of the legal guarantee of conformity is 3 years. The refund of the Customer will be able to intervene only if the returned article is restored in new condition and in its packing of origin to MasterSales.
Items that have been damaged may not be exchanged or refunded.
